The Children’s Music Team is dedicated to equipping church musicians for tomorrow. They offer weekly instruction in rhythm, dance, movement and drama.

SPRING BREAK - March 17th - no choir

Sonshine Praise – 3 & 4 year olds
Sonshine Praise is led by Missy Sexton and Angela Wall and meets on Wednesdays from 6:00 – 6:30 pm in Construction Zone in the main building. They build on many of the songs they have learned through Construction Zone. There is lots of dance, movement and an introduction to rhythm and rhythm instruments. These children perform during several morning worship services. (Children whose parents are involved in Bible Studies will be taken to God's Big Backyard for pick up).

First Praise – K-1st grade
Mandy Smith and Sarah McLendon lead First Praise which meets on Wednesdays from 6:00 – 6:30 pm in Room 223 of the main building. This group is taking a Passport to Adventure where they are packing their bags and learning about Christian music from around the world. They play games, do crafts and learn how to be ambassadors for Christ. They will be part of a mini-musical to be performed near the end of the choir year.

Kid’s Praise – 2nd – 4th grade
Kid’s Praise meets on Wednesdays from 6:00-6:30 pm in the in the Choir Room (Room 210) of the main building. Join us each week as we learn to sing, read music, play musical games, and learn how to use the ability God has given each of us to worship Him. Each week is capped off with the Music Meister award given to the person who has exhibited extraordinary participation and effort. This group is led by Heather Peacock and Lea Hornsby.
