Family Ministry Serving Opportunities

Our goal for Family Ministries is to provide a loving and caring environment for children birth through age 5. We partner with parents in laying down a spiritual foundation that, in God's timing, will lead a child to a personal relationship wtih God through Jesus Christ.

Family Ministry: Nursery
                         Provide loving care for the babies and/or toddlers in our church during church services on a rotating schedule.
                         Ages 0-12 months: Room 121C
                         Ages 12-25 months: Room 127

Family Ministry: Pre-School:
                         Construction Zone (9:45 am on Sundays)
                         Persons are needed to lead children (ages 2 years-K5) using drama, music, storytelling and puppets.

                         Kingdom Kids (8:30 am and 11:00 am on Sundays)
                         Persons lead the children (ages 2 years - Kindergarten) using small groups teaching materials

Family Ministry: Elementary:
                         Children's Worship (9:45 am on Sundays)
                         Persons are needed to invest in the lives of children (1st-6th grade) through small group interaction. Relationships are built
                         through discussion, activities and prayers. Children are grouped by ages and range from 1st-6th grade.

Family Ministry: Special Events
                         The Easter Carnival is a great time for the church family to get together. Inflatables, carnival games, food and music are
                         available and volunteers are needed to work these different areas and booths. Vacation Bible School is held during the summer.
                         Different volunteer opportunities are available with music, crafts, small group leaders, snacks, recreation, worship, and
                        decorating.

Family Ministry: Technical Team
                          Persons are needed to assist with the Family Ministry webpage, as sound room technicans on Sundays for Kid Kinect and Big
                         City Studio.

Family Ministry: Children's Camp
                         Chaperones, counselors, and bus drivers (CDL required - training provided) are needed as we travel to camp each summer.
