First Impression Serving Opportunities

First Impressions is our ministry to welcome visitors to Covenant. Teams are scheduled on a rotation and meet at the church on Sunday afternoon to prepare contact our visitors and prepare welcome bags. This team also prepares materials for persons wishing to join Covenant.

First Impressions: New Member Packet
Prepare packets for distribution to potential members attending "Coffee with the Pastor". Packets contain ministry brochures, newsletter, and other information. This task can be completed any day of the week when the church is open. Materials are located in the receptionist office of the main building.

First Impressions: Coffee Mug Preparation
Prepare coffee mugs and care bags on Sunday afternoon to be delivered on Monday by the "Mug Thy Neighbor" team. These materials are located in the receptionist office of the main building.

First Impressions: "Mug Thy Neighbor" Team
Deliver coffee bugs and care bags prepared by the Coffee Mug Preparation team to first-time visitors on Monday. Bags are labeled with directions and a map to the visitors home. They are ready for pickup in the receptionist office located in the main building.

First Impressions: Telephone Team
Make phone calls on Sunday afternoon to all visitors attending the two morning worship services. This is a "thank you" call to the visitor and an opportunity to answer any questions they may have about Covenant. Tge team meets in the receptionist office of the main building.
