Guest Ministries Serving Opportunities

Volunteers for Guest Ministries are the host and hostesses of Covenant. They provide information about our church and extend hospitality and assistance to visitors.

Guest Ministries: Greeters
Greeters are provided at all of the Sunday worship services (8:30 am, 9:45 am, 11:00 am and 6:00 pm). Volunteers greet and provide cheerful assistance and directions to members and visitors. Designated areas are established for greeters. Brochures and campus maps are available at the designated areas to assist the greeters.

Guest Ministries: Parking Ushers
Ushers facilitate parking by directing traffice to existing space or overflow areas during worship services and special events. Volunteers are also needed to drive the golf carts to pick up persons at their vehicle and deliver to the worship area.Parking Ushers are used at our 9:45 am and 11:00 am worship services.

Guest Ministries: Hospitality Hosts
Our newest ministry is serving as a Hospitality Hosts before our worship services (8:30 am, 9:45 am, and 11:00 am). Coffee carts are located in the lobby of the Sanctuary. The hosts are responsible for greeting everyone and maintaining the carts.

Guest Ministries: Hosts
Open your home to guest presenters/performers at Covenant. This could be for an overnight guest(s) or it might entail hosting events, such as swim parties or socials.

Guest Ministries: Special Events Meal Server
Serve food to those attending special events at Covenant. Persons are needed to plate the food, serve beverages and assist guests.
