Missions: Soup Kitchen

Covenant members prepare and serve up to 150 dinners each night on the fourth week of each month. This ministry takes place in conjunction with Mama Tina's Mission House, located in the Baptist Bottom region of downtown Dothan. Over 120 Covenant people serve in this mission on a rotating basis, making this mission the most popular at Covenant. In addition to serving dinners, Covenant members help to prepare and serve meals during special occasions, such as Christmas, Spring Break, and during the summer. Our goal is to impact our neighbors, not only by serving meals, but by partnering with the volunteers at Mama Tina's to witness to the love of Jesus Christ.
