Covenant UMC offers a Mother's Morning Out, full-time Daycare & Preschool.

Here at Covenant we believe your child is a special gift from God; therefore, we strive to provide the best love and care possible.

Our mission at Covenant is to teach each child to: Know God, Love God, Serve God

Our goal is to provide a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment that encourages each child to develop mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. Age appropriate learning experiences are provided to allow each child to progress at his/her own pace and to experience success through hands-on activities.

Parent Handbook 2011-2012

Mother's Morning Out (MMO)

MMO operates Monday thru Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm, including summers

Ages Accepted: 6 weeks – 2 years old (3 & 4 year olds are eligible to attend MMO during the summer as well)

Preschool

Preschool operates Monday thru Thursday from 8:30 am-12:30 pm (August-May)

Ages Accepted: 3 & 4 year olds

• Children entering 3P must be 3 on or before September 1
• Children entering 4P must be 4 on or before September 1

Children must be fully toilet trained in order to be eligible for Preschool.

Enrollment Options & Pricing for MMO & Preschool

2 days a week- Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday- $124.00 per month

4 days a week- Monday-Thursday- $216.00 per month (required for 3P & 4P)

*3 day option may be available upon request for 2's and younger

$40.00 Registration Fee for summer (June & July)

$95.00 Registration Fee for the school year (August-May)

Daycare

Full-time daycare operates Monday-Friday 7:00 am-4:30 pm

Ages accepted: 6 weeks- 5 years old (pre-kindergarten)

$200.00 yearly Registration Fee

Pricing: $100.00 per week

*A 15% discount is offered for families with multiple children

Registration fees may be pro-rated, depending upon when the child enters the program.

Chapel

Chapel services are presented bi-weekly to children ages 2-5

Curriculum

Children 18-36 months are taught using the WEE Learn curriculum. The Wee Learn program is designed to provide opportunities for children to learn about God's world and how to live in it. You can obtain further information about the curriculum by visiting www.lifeway.com.

Children in our 3P and 4P classes are taught using the A Beka curriculum. A Beka, which is based upon the foundation of Scriptural truth, keeps learning fun, interesting and memorable. You can obtain further information about the curriculum by visiting at www.abeka.com.

Children in our 3P and 4P classes also participate in Enrichment classes.  Enrichment classes are offered twice a week and include Chapel, Art, Music and Creative Movement.

Lunch

At Covenant MMO & Daycare families are given the option of bringing lunch from home or ordering from our catered lunch program. Lunch is $3.50 per day and is ordered on a monthly basis. Lunch payments can be included with monthly tuition and the prices are as follows:

1 day per week: $14.00/month

2 days per week: $28.00/month

3 days per week: $42.00/month

4 days per week: $56.00/month

5 days per week: $70.00/month

Monday: Chick-fil-A- chicken nuggets, a roll & fruit

Tuesday: Nip & Ernies- grilled cheese sandwich & cup of fruit

Wednesday: Hungry Howie's Pizza- cheese pizza & Go-Gurt

Thursday: Chick-fil-A- chicken nuggets, a roll & fruit

Friday: Hungry Howie's Pizza- cheese pizza & a cookie
