We will kick-off a new dodgeball league beginning Tuesday, September 14.
League play will then continue each Monday in the gym.

We are looking to start a "hatha" yoga class each Wednesday at 5:45 pm.

Cost: FREE! A Nursery is available. We must have a minimum of 3 children to provide nursery; one week advanced notice is required.

Indoor Flag Football

Looking for something else to do on Wednesday night? Look no further. Come join us for the Men's 40-and-Over Basketball League. No registration required. The fun begins at 7:30 pm.

Men's Weekly Golf League

Senior Fitness Class
Synergy Health and Fitness would like to invite our senior members to a senior fitness class on Tuesdays at 9:30 am. The class will meet at Synergy Health and Fitness. Come and have a fun time while you get in shape! Cost: $3.00 per class.
