Our Music Team is dedicated to equipping church musicians for tomorrow. They offer weekly instruction in rhythm, dance, movement and drama.

PraiseRing, PraiseSing and the Student Orchestra will not rehearse March 14 - 20 due to Spring Break.

PraiseRing – Noted for their renditions of classic hymns and other sacred music, this group of ringers have redefined what it means to ring handbells. Bringing their youthful enthusiasm to the art of handbell ringing has helped to make them one of Covenant’s finest ensembles. Music reading is a recommended skill to bring to this group though a willingness to learn is always welcome. This ensemble typically rings once a month during the school. year. This group rehearses at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoons in the sanctuary and is followed by our youth orchestra rehearsal.

PraiseSing – This evolving youth ensemble meets at 5:15 p.m.on Sunday evenings during the school year in The Fountain (CLC).. In addition to singing great choral music, we will also be adding a more contemporary component exploring some of the most popular worship music of the day incorporating percussion, guitars, and a horn section. This ensemble is open to all youth between the 7th and 12th grades.

Youth Orchestra– Wednesdays at 4:45 pm in the Sanctuary: The newest member to Covenant’s worship ensembles, the orchestra has added a dynamic component to our traditional worship service. This group is open to all instrumentalists with at least two years of playing experience.
