A Scripture-based Guide to Parenting Toddlers to Pre-teens
Scripture will be used to assist parents of children ages 12 and under in achieving what proverbs states as "Train up a child in the way he should go."

This session deals with practical principles on helping us learn to pray in a very meaningful and inspirational way.

Leadership: Vision
This session explores steps leadership must take to effectively share their vision for the church.

Methodism 101
A brief study of the heritage, history, beliefs, and organization of the United Methodist Church. An attempt will be made to lift the spirits of the people called Methodist and reveal how they interpret the ageless affirmations of God's holy scriptures.

Using a consequence-based model, participants will be provided an overview of parenting skills to assist the child in his or her movement from the protective environment of childhood to the path of a Christ-like young adult.

Part two addresses some of the benefits and by-products of an effective prayer life.

Leadership: Re-vision
This session explores how leadership must know when to re-evaluate efficiency of current church programs and change them, if necessary.

Mama, Ma'am, Mrs., and Me
Our roles as women are many, often changing in the course of a day. We will explore how to lay aside our "titles" and meet God- just as we are.

Common Ground Montgomery (CGM)
Join us as CGM Founder and Executive Director, Bryan Kelly, shares his passion and vision for being "Jesus with skin on" in the impoverished and under-resourced areas of Montgomery, AL. Bryan and his family believe they have been called to become a part of the fabric of these areas for the purpose of transformation. Bryan currently works with area youth through athletics and bible study while introducing them to have a personal relationship with Christ. So, mark your calendars and invite a friend to our time together!
