Flowers add a wonderful touch to our Sunday morning worship service. Flowers may be placed in memory or in honor of someone.

To place flowers in the sanctuary:

• Reserve your date.
• Check the calendar to make sure the date is available.
• Complete and submit this form to reserve your date.

The person reserving the flowers is responsible for the ordering and payment of the flowers. The florist will deliver the flowers to the church if requested.
